State Aid Restored
A Message from the Florida Library Association:At midnight the House accepted a Senate offer to restore State Aid to Public Libraries to the current year level of $21.2 million.
We would like to thank all of you, the thousands of folks out there who took action and let the Senate and House Leadership know how important our Libraries are! Thanks to everyone for their incredible efforts and congratulations on the wonderful success!
Glades County is an amazing place that's home to great people, an abundance of natural resources, and a diverse agricultural landscape. The people of Glades County are diverse in their heritage, colorful in their history, and strong in their faith. People get along with one another as evidenced by low instances of crime. The schools are small, the teachers are dedicated and the children behave most of the time.
