New fitness class: Balance & Tone!
Join us for a FREE fitness program and get in a light workout at the Okeechobee Library, Wednesdays @ 10:00 a.m. Balance & Tone is a 45-minute, music-based class that improves balance, strength, and muscle tone using movements inspired by Pilates, light weight training, and other fitness styles.
All levels welcome. Please bring a mat and optional light 1-2 lb weights.
