This image is the June calendar for the DeSoto library summer programming. June 3 at 3:30 p.m. is STEAM. June 4 at 3:30 p.m. is Art. June 5 at 3:30 p.m. is story time and craft. June 7 at 11 a.m. is the summer reading kick-off. June 10-12 at 1 p.m. will have activities held each day (weather awareness, duck art and a pillowcase project). June 14 at 11 a.m. is the craft with dad program. June 17 to 19 at 1 p.m. are daily activities (create a family tree, share family stories and community stories). On June 21 at 11 a.m., there will be a showing of the movie, The Sandlot. June 24 to June 26 at 1 p.m. will be daily activities (craft wall hangining art, tyoga and design mini golf holes). On June 28 at 11 a.m. will be mini golf. Hot lunch ifor kids is avaialble Tuesday to Thursday at 12 p.m.
This image is the July calendar. July 1 to July 3 at 1 p.m. are daily activities (patriotic summer treats, light-up planets and 4th of July pinwheel). The library is closed on July 4. On July 5 at 11 a.m. is chak rt. July 8 to July 10 at 1 p.m. are daily activities (art, junk drawer robots and pinch pots). July 12 at 11 a.m. is game day. July 15 to 17 at 1 p.m. are daily activities (learn bugs with the bug guy, paint rocks with the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office and bug crafts). July 19 at 11 a.m. will be a showing of the movie, The Goonies. July 22 to July 24 at 1 p.m. will be daily activities (sphero mini, shell critters and foil art). July 26 at 11 a.m. will be the end of summer reading program celebration. July 29 to July 31 at 1 p.m. will be daily acitvities (backpack buddies, bees and watermelon and story and craft). Hot lunch for kids will be available Tuesdays to Thursdays at 12 p.m.
