Highlands County libraries will be welcoming the Highlands County Sheriff's Office Therapy Dogs again this year. They will be at Avon Park on Wednesdays at 2 p.m., at Sebring on Tuesdays at 2 p.m., and at Lake Placid on Thursdays at 2 p.m.
